What else did you expect if that is not enough? You got a link - just check it out, choose whichever place suits you and make a booking - quite easy, isn't it?:) Here: http://www.noce.pl/SR/index2.php?lang=it&k=3&pk=7&gclid=CO3_1duXzI4CFQhEZwodakmW-g you can find some apartments other than hotels (in Italian:), you can also check for hostels in Wroc³aw - I really think it's not a big problem to find a place to sleep here.

Pat

It can be really cold - something between minus 15 and minus 5. I strongly advise to take warm clothes :-)
> Who can help me to find an apartment for 3 adult for 3 days ? :)
For example: http://puhot.pl/index.php?lang=EN -> two tram stops form the city centre (market place)

Don't be disappointed. The temperatures given are right and no one will give you better estimates half a year ahead. Here is an example from last Jan http://tiny.pl/1ghv , but there has been harsh winter in the years before, too. Simply have a look for decent forecast a week before your visit.
As for the apartments, you should really have a look for yourself, as you know best what suits you :) City www site has its English version, so if google is too boring for you, start here: http://www.wroclaw.pl/m50001/p50002.aspx#2
And don't be surprised when people get nervous if you act like a newbie http://www.catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html#before

you do not have to worry that the only way to find a reliable accomodation is to ask for a private information. I bet you'll find the place just as "civilised" (if not more) as Rome, Paris or London.

Most of our people handle such simple tasks as looking for accomodation by themselfs. If you post for ex. to any computer group a quiestion "how to use computer mouse?", you will get (probably) same answers as here.
Despite of that you did not support us with ANY usable information on you accomodation preferences such as room standard, price range etc. And you expect us to support you with v. long list of rooms from whole city?
I understand that googling for: "Wroclaw hotels" and "Wroclaw January Temperatures" are over computer capabilities of averege Italian. Theres no much "local" feedback above that, what u gonna find in net on those subjects.
And quit making mistakes in city name. its Wroclaw, not Wroklaw.

Would you get a reliable information from people living in Rome about hotels in Rome? I really doubt. The same is in Wroclaw. Most of us live in our own flats / houses, so we really have no idea about hotels (apart of how do they look from outside or if there's a good restaurant there or not).
You can start planning your journey from here: http://www.wroclaw.pl/m50001/
About temparatures: answer "between -20 to +10" may sound like exaggerating and being mean, but it's really like that :-) You can't predict it in fact. -10 to +5 is most probable though. Just take gloves, warm cap (covering ears) and whatever you find warm. For people from Southern Europe Poland is really cold at that time.

I found that conclusion quite acure, if thread author defends his position on asking such questions on group, again and again, even after someone supported him with google link. -- SOCAR

Hi friend SOCAR I do not understand because you become nervous ?!?!? I only wanted to ask a council those sure can help me ... if you will find a good restaurant in Rome will search in google ? I think no ... I don't know if some people have a flat and don't have a web site or this web site stay at last page of the result of google. I think is note a crime to ask a council. In the south of Italy in January the temperature NEVER go down zero ... I have only ask a question ... Please excuse me for my low computer capabilities ... I hope you will find a great accomodation in Italy from google ...
Please remeber not all italian turist are equal ... I have a big respect for you and for your history ! >> I'm looking to come in Wroklaw in January , how is the temperature in >> January ?
I hope all people from Wroclaw can excuse me for my mistake ... and for my bad english wrote ...

And I think so. You probably got newspapers, magazines etc which provide online restaurant ranking based on specialist opinion and also theres such thing as Google Groups where probably were opinions exchanged previously. > I don't know if some people have a flat and don't have a web site or this > web site stay at last page of the result of google.
No idea what u talking about. Someone in other post mentioned that if we are from Wroclaw we have no need to live in hotels while we have own flats. > I think is note a crime to ask a council.

And you REALLY got answer. Last winter it was totally withou snow and quite high tmperatures. year before that there was a heavy snowfall and v. low temperatures. Its just a roulette that you cannot predict. > I have a big respect for you and for your history !
You should get into our politics then. You would be in very small group politicians with a REAL respect to history.

Between -30 and +15 :). Don't you remember these most extreme variants? >> Who can help me to find an apartment for 3 adult for 3 days ? :) > > For example: http://puhot.pl/index.php?lang=EN -> two tram stops form the > city centre (market place)
It is a really cheap place, but Maurizio did not write, what standard he is looking for.
Maurizio, we would like to help you. Are you looking for the cheapest accomodation, or high standard?
The cheapest is above. If you are looking for middle standard, check this ** hotel:
http://www.campanile.com.pl/wroc_cmp_eng.html
And the highest standard available in Wroclaw is **** hotel, for example this one: http://www.parkplaza.pl/wroclaw.php?pid=6&lang=2

Or - for the author of the thread - how it looked like recently (according to weather undeground): http://tinyurl.com/3bajyz
